Below, you will find a breakdown of the types of SHARE HCM users, along with corresponding training. Please complete the required training for all HCM users first and then use the list of user types to determine what additional training you need to take.

REQUIRED TRAINING FOR ALL HCM USERS

Introduction to Employee Self Service (Online Training): learn how to view your timesheet and enter time, manage your personal information, and view your pay advices and benefit plans.

REQUIRED TRAINING FOR ALL HUMAN RESOURCES EMPLOYEES



Job Tasks: View employee benefits, review pay advices and view employee payroll data, review timesheets, payable time, and exceptions, run time and labor reports

HCM Fundamentals for HR Administrators (Classroom Training): learn the basic HR functions needed to perform HR transaction processing in SHARE. (New User Training Guide PDF)

HR MANAGER



Job Tasks: View employee benefits, monitor employee payroll data, review pay advices and update tax information, update time reporter data, report, and approve time, update task profiles and employee schedules, process sick buy-back, terminal leave process/payouts, leave/comp time adjustments, etc., run reports

Additional Required Training:

You must take the final assessment on ELM to get credit for the course. In ELM, search for the course numbers provided below.
